Never Have a Stroke! (Here’s How)

Mainstream docs use strokes the way moms use the boogeyman.

Yeah, they’ll practically threaten you with it, using it to try to scare you into so-called “good” habits.

Well, friend, many of those so-called “good” habits won’t do jack to prevent a stroke (and believe me, I know Jack).

You can eat a low-fat diet… run on a hamster wheel… and swallow those statins or whatever else the shove down your gullet.

And at the end of the day, you could STILL find yourself being rushed to the ER after a stroke.

 But new research reveals something else you can do to slash your risk of a stroke.

It’s simple. It’s safe. It’s inexpensive. It’s dirt cheap. And it requires no real change of habits at all!

Well, there’s ONE change of habit. But it’s not a bad one.

All you’ve got to do is make sure seafood night comes around a little more often… or, at the very least, take a fish oil supplement.

The omega-3 fatty acids you’ll get from either method are just about the BEST way to ward off a potentially deadly stroke, and the new study proves it once and for all.

This one didn’t rely on food questionnaires, which are notoriously unreliable.

It didn’t even use blood tests, which can only measure your omega-3 levels based on recent intake.

It went deeper.

MUCH deeper.

They peeked inside the actual fatty tissue of the volunteers, where the omega-3s are often stored. It’s the best way to look at LONG-TERM intake… because the only way it can build up there is if you’re getting these essential fatty acids regularly for a long time.

They found that if you’ve got higher levels of the omega-3 fatty acid EPA, your risk of an ischemic stroke will plunge by 26 percent.

That’s almost identical to the benefit seen in the new EPA “drug” getting pushed on patients… but without the high price and without having to use a Big Pharma synthetic.

The study didn’t find a benefit for the other omega-3, DHA, but don’t shortchange yourself here. Get both EPA and DHA – via real fish and/or supplements – because along with the stroke-busting benefits of EPA, the two together can help protect your eyes, heart, brain and more.
