The easiest exercise in the world is…

It’s a good day to be in the gym business.

Every year at this time, chumps line up at gyms practically BEGGING to be let in. They not only fork over their hard-earned cash for a membership, but they sign long-term contracts, too.

Well, the bills might be long-term. But the gym will be a ghost town by the time the groundhog comes out because almost NO ONE ever follows through on that “fitness” resolution.

You can get all the activity you need – enough to keep fit and live practically forever – without the sweat, the muscle aches or the gym memberships.

All you need to have on hand is the green fee and a set of clubs!

Yes, it turns out good ole’ GOLF is just about the best exercise around, delivering REAL benefits that not even the gym can match.

New research finds that a regular golf habit can give you:

· More strength
· Better balance
· Lasting heart protection
· Sharper mind
· …and a LONGER life!

If a drug could promise all that, it would rake in billions.

But you don’t need a drug… just a club. A golf club, even the local muni course will do the trick. It’s cheaper than dinner and a movie, and a heck of a lot more fun, too.

The new analysis of nearly 350 studies finds golf delivers all of these benefits and more despite the fact that it’s just about the “gentlest” exercise around.

The pace of the game is slow and easy. Half of the “activity” is BS-ing with your pals as you wait for your turn at the tee. And the only way you’ll break a sweat is if it’s hot out.

But it’ll keep you on your feet and moving around, which is what matters most when it comes to fitness.

Unlike other forms of exercise – including the gym – golf has a low risk of injury, the study confirms.

And don’t forget the “other” benefit of golf… one not picked up in the new study: You can end a round of golf with a round of drinks at the 19th hole when it’s all done.

Now THAT’S a resolution even I can keep!
