Researchers have uncovered what they believe could be two of the biggest risk factors for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

The critters that aged on the junk food had more inflammation upstairs along with cellular stress levels that were off the charts. Even worse, they had insulin resistance not just in the body – which happens with plumped up mice and people alike – but deep inside the brain.

ESPECIALLY in the hippocampus and the prefrontal cortices.

Folks who have a nap habit of about an hour a day have brains that are as much as FIVE YEARS younger than non-nappers.

A strict low-carb diet can reverse nearly every major symptom and may help you work with a doc to cut back on your meds or even toss ’em in the trash.
