What ‘doing it’ can do for YOU

Too old for a little bedroom fun? Not on your life!

Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t enjoy a little action in your later years – because no matter how old you are, I can guarantee that someone a little on the older side is “doing it” right now.

You don’t have to take my word for it.

New data from the National Poll on Healthy Aging survey shows that older folks are getting more action than college kids — and it’s NOT thanks to those drugs you’re always seeing ads for.

They’re going “au naturel” in every sense!

Some 3 out of 4 seniors between the ages of 65 and 80 say that they have someone they can keep “active” with… if you know what I mean.

Best kind of “exercise” around, right?

More than half say that they’re taking advantage of that opportunity.

Two-thirds say that they’re interested – but that means that there’s a number of folks out there who WANT TO, but they either CAN’T or WON’T do it.

The reason for that hiccup is revealed in another number.

Just 17 percent say that their doctors have brought up the subject, and most of the rest are too shy to mention it themselves.

And that’s not cutting it.

First, docs should ALWAYS ask patients – especially older patients – about important issues pertaining to quality of life.

More than half of the older folks in the survey say that their sexual activity is critical to well-being, so they darn well deserve docs who care as much about that as their cholesterol and blood sugar.

And second, patients should never be too shy to bring it up… because if you can’t trust your doc, who can you trust?

If there’s any downside to talking about it with a doc, it’s that too many are now taking the lazy way out.

If a patient – especially an older one – is looking for a little help getting “ready,” the doc whips out his prescription pad, and it’s off to the pharmacy for one of those drugs from a cringe-inducing TV ad.

But you don’t need those meds.

In most cases, problems with ability and/or desire are related to hormones.

Guys, if you haven’t been tested for testosterone, get yourself checked out. Topping off that tank is the fastest and easiest way to restore your vim and vigor inside and outside of the bedroom.

Ladies, desire and other problems are often hormone-related as well, so get yourself tested if you’re having issues of your own.

It’s not just a matter of being able to enjoy a little fun and pleasure when you want. An active bedroom life can also boost your circulation… protect your heart… and stimulate your immune system.

In other words, “doing it” could save your life!
