Get ultimate protection from heart disease

You can swallow pills ’til you’re ready to gag.

But at the end of the day, if you ask your doc if any of those meds are REALLY going to keep your heart from shutting down on you, he’ll be the one who gets his words stuck in his throat.

You know how the mainstream is.

They OBSESS over blood fats, especially cholesterol and triglycerides.

If your LDL jumps even a little, they want you to start popping muscle-wasting statin drugs.

Don’t even waste your time, because the study finds fish oil is even better. The healthy omega-3s in those capsules will slash your risk of heart disease by 14 percent if you have supposedly high LDL levels.

Think a statin can do that? Think again, my friend – and even if those drugs DO pack a benefit, it’s more than canceled out by the fact that they can CAUSE diabetes.

Of course, in most cases a little bump in LDL won’t hurt you anyway.

But triglycerides are another story, because these dangerous fats in your blood really are a warning sign of heart risk.

And if your own triglycerides are on the rise, pop some fish oil or eat more fatty fish.

Omega-3 fatty acids can bring those levels down safely, dramatically, and quickly – so it’s no surprise to me that folks with high triglycerides who take omega-3 supplements or eat plenty of fatty fish get major protection.

According to the new study, omega-3s will cut the risk of heart disease in folks with high triglycerides by 16 percent!

Take some fish oil anyway, because the study shows it can even slash your risk of heart disease by 18 percent.

Fish oil can also fight inflammation, boost your brain, and even protect your vision – so if you’re not taking this stuff already, it’s time to get started.
