You won’t believe how much Americans weigh now

Salaries might be down… retirement funds are tanking… and even the Social Security you paid into for decades can barely pay your grocery bill.

But there’s one thing that’s growing at a record pace: WAISTLINES!

Americans are fatter than ever, and they’re reaching new highs at alarming speeds, gaining more than FIFTEEN POUNDS on average in just two decades.

Ladies, you’ve got the worse end of this deal. The average 5’4″ height hasn’t budged… but the average woman’s weight has jumped from 152 pounds to 169 pounds.

Want to know how big that is? Not long ago, the guidelines recommended that women gain 15-20 pounds during pregnancy.

That means women of 2014 are as big as many of the pregnant women of 1994!

Guys, you can’t get pregnant — but today’s men sure look like they’re expecting a bundle of joy.

In 1994, the average American man was 5’9″ and 181 pounds. Today, they haven’t grown UP… but they sure have grown OUT, with an average weight of 196 pounds.

If you’ve packed on a few too many pounds over the years, don’t be too hard on yourself.

It’s not entirely your fault.

As the new numbers so clearly show, mainstream health advice and government diet guidelines have been an unmitigated disaster.

They’ve pushed the low-cal, low-fat diet that’s doomed to fail, and the proof is walking all around you: Two out of three American adults are now overweight or obese. If they’re not battling diabetes and heart disease yet, they’re on the fast track to getting the conditions.

So what can you do about it? PLENTY!

Take everything the feds are telling you… and everything your own doctor tells you… and toss it.

They’re still pushing the low-fat diet nonsense. And if that doesn’t work — WHEN that doesn’t work — they’ll push the new wave of “obesity drugs,” which barely work and come with big risks, or the dangerous new stomach-shrinking surgeries.

It’s almost as if they created a system to GET you fat — just so they can profit off your misery later on with drugs and surgeries!

It’s time to forge a new path — one that won’t leave you fat, sick, and doomed to suffer diabetes, heart disease, and an early death.

And the good news is, there’s a high-speed travel lane that’ll get you there.

Give up carbs — especially sugar — and switch to a back-to-basics diet of natural animal fats, and you’ll find the pounds practically melting away.

You’ll lose weight… feel better… get healthier… and live longer, too.
