This common condition will take years away from you

If you’ve packed on a few too many pounds over the years, don’t be ashamed. You’re hardly alone.

But don’t be HAPPY about it, either.

The touchy-feely politically correct “size acceptance” movement makes about as much sense as “poverty acceptance.”

No one should ACCEPT either condition.

Just as you worked your way up from your bootstraps to make sure you’re not poor, you need to get cracking to drop some pounds — because being overweight or obese isn’t just unhealthy.

New research shows it’s positively DEADLY!

The “size acceptance” wackos claim there’s something called the “obesity paradox,” and that being fat can actually help you live longer.

But the new study shows there’s no paradox at all. Being overweight will steal a full year from your life — and that’s only the beginning.

If you’re obese, you could expect to lose THREE FULL YEARS, according to the study in The Lancet.

It’s such a major risk factor that 1 in 7 “premature deaths” in Europe are from obesity.

Think it’s any better here? It’s WORSE — because 1 in 5 premature deaths in the United States are now caused by obesity.

This isn’t exactly cutting-edge science; this is common sense. You might be fat and HAPPY, but you’re not going to be fat and HEALTHY… at least not for long.

Even if you escape that death risk, letting your waistline grow pretty much guarantees that your golden years will be spent battling the thee D’s: disease, disability, and drugs.

And you’ll spend way too much time with a fourth D: doctors.

Yet there’s a growing “health at every size” movement that actually encourages people to let it all hang out and not worry about their weight and waistline.

Don’t fall for it.

If you’re a little too big — and be honest with yourself here — then it’s time to take action and drop a few pounds.

Even if you’ve really let yourself go… even if you haven’t seen your shoelaces in years… even if you’ve hidden the scale because you’re afraid to step on it, it’s not too late to take action and get healthy.
