Don’t be the biggest “loser!”

I don’t care how big you are, how long you’ve been that way, or how hard it’s been to shed even a few pounds.

Despite what you’ve heard, you can LOSE weight, KEEP it off, and FEEL better than ever.

But if you want to get the job done right, you’ll have to ignore all the dippy advice you get from “reality TV.”

New research finds that winners of the The Biggest Loser weight-loss TV show turn into losers of another kind over the long run.

They lose their battle of the bulge — because the weight comes back with a vengeance!

The study focused on all 14 contestants from a single season of the popular show, and found 13 of them regained at least some of the weight and four of them now weigh MORE than what they did on the show.

The study finds — no surprise — that as these “losers” lose weight, their metabolism slowed to a crawl, making it a bigger struggle to burn every single calorie.

But that’s when the study flies off the rails, because the researchers claim this means the body WANTS to regain the weight and will FIGHT to get it back — meaning your diet is doomed before it even starts.

Well, my friend, if you’re struggling to lose some weight yourself, I’m here to say you’re not doomed.

You’re no loser… so don’t follow their diet, because that’s the REAL problem here.

The show’s focus on brutally intense exercise is completely misguided, because exercise does NOT lead to weight loss. In fact, it will just make you hungrier!

Throw in a diet low in satisfying fats and other bonkers restrictions, and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.

Earlier studies on “Loser” contestants have even shown that this TV-version of a diet will cut your levels of leptin, the hormone that tells you that you’re full and it’s time to stop eating. And that means you’re HUNGRY.

You can fight off the hunger for a little while… which is why diets can succeed for weeks, months, or even a full TV season.

But HUNGER will always win in the long run, and when food is there, you WILL eat it.

And that, my friend, is the main reason the “Biggest Loser” diet is a big loser.

I’m here to say there’s another way — a way to WIN.

A low-carb diet rich in delicious animal fats will bring your leptin levels right back where they ought to be. Not only that, but the diet will help reverse “leptin resistance,” or a condition seen in the obese where all the leptin in the world won’t stop you from overeating.

Ready for the best part? You’ll not only lose weight … without painful exercise or humiliating public shaming sessions…but you’ll KEEP it off.
