Boost your brainpower with this diet tweak

You’ve probably heard of “wheat belly” — when your gut sticks out like a sack of laundry from eating too much grain.

But if you think that’s bad, I’ve got news for you today:

You ain’t seen nothing yet!

Unlike that bloated belly, you can’t SEE the damage quietly taking place inside your brain. But all those processed carbs — heck, even supposedly “healthy” whole grains — are fogging up your skull and making you dopier than a Kardashian.

And the latest research shows you can literally feel the clouds lift right out of your head in a matter of weeks.

In a recent study, healthy adults — or at least, adults who thought they were healthy — gave up gluten for three weeks, then spent three weeks back on their old diets.

And the difference was like night and day.

When they were off the grain train, they had less fatigue — and were sharper and more focused as a result.

The benefits weren’t limited to a boost in the old gray matter. While the folks in the study didn’t have celiac disease, three weeks without grain had them feeling better in the belly with fewer cases of cramps and stomach pain.

Remember, these were HEALTHY people. If you’re not healthy — if you’ve been battling unexplained weight gain and brain fog yourself — going gluten-free could be the “miracle cure” you’ve been looking for.

But why stop there?

A gluten-free diet is a step in the right direction, but it’s only one step. While it takes one unhealthy carb completely out of your life, it still leaves room for another: sugar.

Sugar is completely gluten-free… and it’s even WORSE for your belly, brain and body!
