CURE DIABETES IN THREE
EASY STEPS

Lies, lies and more lies——if you’re diabetic, you hear the lies every single day, starting with the biggest whopper of them all: You can’t cure diabetes.

All you can do is take your meds, pump yourself full of insulin, switch to a miserable high-carb low-fat diet, cross your fingers, and hope for the best, according to standard mainstream “medical” advice.

Just ask anyone on that plan how well it’s working out.

If you’re on it yourself, you already know the answer——and if you keep at it, you’ll get fatter and sicker until you medicate yourself right into an early grave.

Well, it’s time for some truth instead of lies——because despite what you’ve heard, you don’t need to live with this disease.

And you’re certainly not doomed to die of it.

There’s another way——a BETTER way——and now, even the U.S. government has (in its own way) admitted that I’ve been right all along on this: The best and only way to cure diabetes isn’t with a drug at all.

It’s with diet.

(Don’t worry; I’d never suggest you start shoving what the mainstream calls “a diet” down your throat. More on that in a moment…)

In a new CDC study of close to 4,500 diabetics, the agency found that
intensive counseling——counseling sessions so constant they bordered on nagging——helped 11.5 percent reverse diabetes to the point where they were no longer diabetic.

They were now considered “pre” diabetic, and some of them were actually cured.

That’s right——CURED, and not a drug in sight.

Now, 11.5 percent might sound like a low success rate, but it’s not because weight loss doesn’t work for everyone. It’s because many people simply won’t commit to weight loss no matter how much you nag them.

And that’s why your own plan to beat diabetes MUST begin in one place…

STEP ONE:
LOSE THE WEIGHT

Weight loss should be the number one goal of any diabetic——and in the new CDC study, the people who lost the most weight were 20 percent more likely to go into remission than those who didn’t lose much.

Clearly, you want to shed some pounds——lots of pounds, because the more you lose, the better your chances.

The real problem with the new study is that the CDC (and every other mainstream medical group) backs the wrong horse when it comes to diet. They’re still harping on low-fat, and that’s exactly how you DON’T lose weight.

The proof is in the fat-free pudding: Dieters in the new CDC study who went to the nag sessions lost 8.6 percent of their body weight. Nothing to sneeze at, but not the life-changing weight loss you need to get the job done, either.

If you want REAL results and a REAL shot at success, try a REAL diet instead——one that’s scientifically proven to lead to both weight loss and improvements in every major diabetes risk factor.

STEP TWO:
SWITCH TO A HIGH-FAT, LOW-CARB DIET

Now you’ve heard me sing the praises of this lifestyle plenty of times before. But if you’re diabetic, it’s not optional.

For you, a low-carb, high-fat diet is a matter of survival.

Carb control is essential to blood sugar control——and along with weight loss, blood sugar control is critical to beating this disease.

In one recent study, a diet of even 20 percent carbs reduced the need for insulin in diabetics by nearly a third. In another, a diet of just 10 percent carbs not only improved insulin sensitivity, but it also kicked the body into a higher gear for weight loss.

People who were able to keep their carb consumption below that threshold burned 350 calories MORE each day than low-fat dieters eating the same number of calories.

That’s equivalent to a painful hour of exercise in the gym every day——without spilling a drop of sweat, risking injury, or paying sky-high gym membership fees.

With a body operating that efficiently, of course you’ll lose plenty of weight——but don’t stop with weight loss, because there’s one other step you need to take…one that can mean the difference between success and failure.

And no one else is talking about this one yet.

STEP THREE:
BALANCE YOUR BELLY

There are more than three pounds of bacteria sitting in your gut right now——a mix of the good bugs needed for digestion and health and the bad ones that are constantly trying to undermine them.

This balance——or, in too many cases, lack of balance——is what will either keep you healthy or bring on disease. And diabetes is one of the key diseases linked to gut imbalances in emerging research.

In one recent study out of China, diabetics were consistently found to have an overload of bad gut bacteria when compared to non-diabetics. In other studies, we’ve seen why: Good bacteria produce the hormones and other biochemicals needed to ward off diabetes in the first place.

If you don’t have these good bugs, you could do everything right and still end up in a fight for your life with a chronic disease.

And odds are, your own supply of good bugs is dwindling right now whether you have diabetes or not.

Poor diet and antibiotics——the ones you’ve taken intentionally as well as the ones hidden in your food and drink——are a one-two punch in the belly that wipe out the good bugs you need and give the bad ones a chance to take control.

Minimize your antibiotic exposure by switching to organic meats, and filter your water with reverse osmosis (and only take the darned drugs when you actually need them).

Then, give the good guys in your gut some reinforcements by taking a quality probiotic supplement each day.

Follow these three steps, and success is practically guaranteed. I know that sounds simple——but let’s be honest here. If it really was that simple, you wouldn’t be obese and diabetic in the first place.

But forget how you got here. It’s time to look ahead, not back——time to get started on a path to a drug-free life where diabetes is something you used to have.

You can do it——but you had better get started right now. The longer you wait, the harder it’ll be.
